Bulford Legal is a boutique hospitality legal practice. Bulford Legal has extensive liquor licensing law and gaming law experience, as well as experience in planning law focusing on licensed premises.

Our experience in liquor licensing law also covers a wide variety of commercial transactions involving all types of licensed premises in New South Wales.

The principal of the firm is Bruce Bulford.  Bruce has been practicing in the liquor licensing jurisdiction of NSW since 1985.  He is a recognised liquor licensing law specialist.

Bruce can also assist you with your exemption applications and enquiries concerning the 1:30am lockout and other restrictions applying to venues in the Kings Cross Precinct and the Sydney CBD Entertainment Precinct.

Bulford Legal is an Associate Member of the AHA (NSW Branch) and regularly contributes opinions and advice to the Association.  Bruce was a panel discussion member on liquor licensing at the AHA’s 2014 Legal & Industrial Affairs Conference.
